Hemel Hempstead MP, Mike Penning sent his condolences to the family and friends of 21-year-old Billy Dove who was murdered a few feet from Mr Penning’s constituency office on Sunday morning.

Mike Penning said:
“I send my heartfelt condolences to Billy Dove’s family and friends and they are foremost in my thoughts and prayers. This is a tragic event and not one we would expect to happen in a town like Hemel Hempstead.

“I would urge anyone who was in the area and witnessed the events that occurred late Saturday night/early Sunday morning to respond to police calls for information if they have not already done so.”
