Electrical recycling

14th April 2016

Mike Penning joins Dacorum Borough Council’s ‘Electrical Reuse and Recycling event’. Mike joined Mayor of Dacorum Cllr Gbola Adeleke and Councillor Janice Marshall, Portfolio Holder for Environment, Sustainability and Regulatory Services at the event which was a joint working enterprise between Hertfordshire Waste Partnership and WEEE Stop (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Smaller electrical items such as hairdryers and toasters can be taken to the five small electrical collection banks- Queens Square in Adeyfield, Bennetts Gate shops in Bennetts End, Chaulden shops on Long Chaulden, Forge car park in Tring and Markyate Village Hall car park. Large or small electrical appliances can be taken to the Household Waste Recycling Centres on Eastman Way in Hemel Hempstead or Northbridge Road in Berkhamsted.  For opening hours, visit www.dacorum.gov.uk/recyclingcentre
